IronBar Fitness in Weyburn, Saskatchewan (ironbarfitness.ca) runs 24/7 on a custom platform we designed and built from the ground up — website, member signup, online shop, and a dedicated admin dashboard, all on one stack they own.

One dashboard, the whole operation

The admin panel is where most of the work happens. Staff log in and see every moving piece of the gym in one view:

• Staff — add or remove team members, upload headshots, reorder who shows first on the site
• Banners — schedule promotions (new class, holiday hours, Black Friday) without touching code or redeploying
• Shop — products, variants, and orders sit alongside everything else — no separate Shopify bill
• PAD Transfers — pre-authorized debit signups land here in real time; staff review, approve, and automatic monthly withdrawals kick in
• Analytics — traffic, signups, and shop events in one view, no extra tags to paste

Every section of the public site — hours, copy, team bios, facility photos — pulls from tables the gym owns. No developer tickets to change a phone number. No waiting on a third party to ship a feature.

A typical gym stitches together five tools to run online — website builder, member CRM, payment processor, Shopify, Google Analytics — paying $200–$400 a month and still not getting them to talk to each other.
